Toaster Tongs
About This Product
Discover the enchanting Toaster Tongs from Poppa's Wooden Creations, a heartfelt addition to your kitchen that embodies the spirit of New Zealand's natural beauty and impeccable craftsmanship. Handcrafted in Whangarei, each pair of tongs is meticulously carved from premium native timbers like the rare Kauri, the rich Rimu, or the robust Macrocarpa, showcasing unique grain patterns that tell their own story. But these tongs are more than just a kitchen tool; they are a bridge between generations. Designed with Montessori principles, they invite your little ones to engage in open-ended play, nurturing their sensory development and fine motor skills as they joyfully assist you in the kitchen. Picture the laughter and bonding moments as they learn the art of safe bread handling, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Hand wash and dry immediately — avoid the dishwasher and prolonged soaking. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil every few months keeps the timber nourished.
